MVM Mobiliti will be carrying out major IT development on November 18, 2025. During this time, the chargers will be temporarily unavailable.

What exactly does this mean:

  • Charging is suspended on Mobiliti's national public charging network

On 18 November 2025, from 12:00 (noon) for approximately 2 hours the service will not be available on any charger in the entire network, either with an application nor with a physical customer key, for a period of 2 hours.

Charging session started before 12:00 and still in progress will be stopped at that time. We recommend planning charging activities for the morning hours.

  • It is not possible to charge at roaming chargers available in Mobiliti's service network:

The charging service is expected to be unavailable for 24 hours from 12:00 on 18 November 2025. Charging cannot be initiated using Mobiliti RFID keys, the Mobiliti app, or the cards issued by Mobiliti's contracted partners.

Important to know:

Due to the variety of charger types in the Mobiliti charging network, it is possible that the upgrade process for certain chargers will take longer than planned.

Important information about how the Mobiliti app works:

  • Parking and e-vignette purchases are also suspended.

The service outage also affects the Mobiliti phone application. Therefore, from 00:00 on November 18th until midnight on November 18th, it will not be possible to purchase e-vignettes or start and stop parking.

What should we do if we forgot to stop our previously started parking in time and due to a technical outage, it is no longer possible via the app?

The request to stop can be reported via menu item 4 of Mobiliti's telephone customer service, where our colleagues will help solve individual problems.

The convenience services will be available again after the development process has been completed.

  • The Mobiliti application will not be available:

The application will not be available during the service outage, i.e. from 12:00.

A screenshot will warn you of this when you open the app.

The interface will become available to users again once the development process has been successfully completed.

From then on, it is worth checking the current availability of individual chargers in the app.
