MVM Mobiliti will be carrying out major IT development on November 11, 2025. During this time, the chargers will be temporarily unavailable.

 

What exactly does this mean:

  • On Mobiliti's national public charging network

 


 

On 11 November 2025, from 12:00 (noon) for approximately 2 hours the service will not be available on any charger in the entire network, either with an application nor with a physical customer key, for a period of 2 hours.

Charging session started before 12:00 and still in progress will be stoped at that time. We recommend planning charging activities for the morning hours.

 

  • For roaming chargers available in Mobiliti's service network:

 


The charging service is expected to be unavailable for 24 hours from 12:00 on 11 November 2025. Charging cannot be initiated using Mobiliti RFID keys, the Mobiliti app, or the cards issued by Mobiliti's contracted partners.

Important to know:

Due to the variety of charger types in the Mobiliti charging network, it is possible that the upgrade process for certain chargers will take longer than planned.

Important information about how the Mobiliti app works:

 

The Mobiliti app will be unavailable during the service interruption. This means that during this time, it will not be possible to purchase e-vignettes or park. Previously started, still running parking sessions will be stopped at 12:00 p.m.! The convenience services can only be used again once the service has restarted.

The interface will become available to users again once the development process has been successfully completed. From then on, it is worth checking the current availability of individual chargers in the app.
